HOW DO WE DO IT
To insure freshness, packing is done in a controlled environment
Freshly picked pineapples (MD2 variety) are harvested for each batch of container vans, are brought to the processing plant for packing. They are washed thoroughly with a food grade disinfectant solution, rinsed and then waxed for protection and aesthetic purposes. Once drained they are packed by 12.5 kg carton container, weighted, labeled, sealed and stock. As soon as the capacity of the order is reached they are transferred to a reefer van cold at 7 degrees Celsius to maintain freshness, then are shipped worldwide, countries in Asia and the Meddle East.
